About us

Mono Chrono

I’m a watchmaker, a collector and someone who has loved vintage watches for as long as I can remember. That’s not a pitch. It’s just the truth.

People often ask me why I love watchmaking so much. My answer is always the same. Where else do you find mechanics, science, history and art combined in a single object small enough to wear on your wrist? That combination is incredibly rare and to me, endlessly fascinating.

I trained as a watchmaker in Geneva, at one of the world’s leading manufactures. Over a decade, I worked across the manufacture itself, their service centre as well as their boutique, giving me a depth of experience that covers every aspect of what makes a watch truly exceptional.

I started Mono Chrono because the vintage market frustrated me. Too many sellers with too little knowledge, yet not enough people you could genuinely trust. I wanted to build something different, a source you could rely on backed by real expertise.

Every watch I sell has been personally assessed by me. I know what good condition actually looks like so I won’t list anything that doesn’t meet that standard. Every piece comes with a 12-month guarantee plus my personal assurance that what you receive is exactly what you were promised.

Our collection covers the 1930s through to the 1980s, every piece hand-picked because it’s the best example I could find.

Whether you’re a seasoned collector or buying your first vintage piece, you’ll receive the same level of care and honesty. That’s not something I compromise on.

More than anything, I want you to put on that watch and feel something. The quality, the history, the condition. That exact moment is why I do this.

If you want to talk watches, have a question, or simply want some honest advice, feel free to drop me a message. I’m always here.

Curated by time.
